Had a hot water system problem. Had a great response from JP Rix & Dennis. A new replacement was installed by JP..Arrived on time.Very efficient and job completed in a timely manner. All rubbish cleaned up and taken away including the old hot water storage unit. Would recommend for future use.

Great service. Was able to book same day appointment at the time block which I requested. Joseph quickly and professionally inspected my stormwater drains with the camera and jetted out the ingrown roots. Will definately use them again.

Problem was a blocked gutter downpipe. The plumber rapidly worked out the problem and un-blocked it using a power hose (I had tried many methods previously). He then used a camera system to check no pipe/drain was broken. No more over flower gutters/downpipes1 Thoroughly recommend. Excellent value for money

I rung Fawcett frantically at 7am on a Monday morning with water flooding out of the bottom of my hot water tank. 7.30am I received a phone call letting me know help is on the way. 8am on the dot, a lovely young man named Jozsef knocks on my door. He quickly assessed the problem and explained everything to me in a way i could easily understand it. Within a further 2 hours, i had a brand new instant hot water in its place. I've never had a more pleasant and comfortable service from a trade in my life. Really brings back the meaning for true old fashioned service. Thank you so much Fawcett!!

First time using fawcett group, Had Luke come to fix a blocked toilet. Did a top notch job removing a huge clump of roots in the pipe. Very good punctuality, very good price, and very good knowledge of the trade. Will be using them again for sure.

Dennis attended our property yesterday to replace two taps (mixer and garden). He explained the initial quote in great detail and we were given an excellent deal on a fitting that, at first, was beyond our limited budget. The work was done efficiently and with great professionalism. He even, very kindly, removed a filter unit and tidied up our dishwasher hose at no extra cost. On top of all that, he was extremely polite and tidy. When we eventually get around to redoing our kitchen and bathroom, we will have no hesitation in getting Fawcett in to quote the job! :-)

8pm Sunday night the toilet was completely blocked, with a pregnant missus it was far from an ideal situation. Super stressed out i gave these guys a call and was asked if I had alternate accommodation for the night. With everything that was going on i had forgot my mothers house is up the road and was vacant for the night. They assured me if it is just a blocked toilet it would be OK to leave it for the night to save me some $. Next day Luke rang me a half hour before arriving fixed the problem in an hour with no effort at all like a true guru of the plumbing game. Brand new house but the washing outlet was still sealed & couldn't use the washer. They came out drilled the hole hooked up the washing machine & tested. Great job

Rang Fawcett group on Wednesday with a faulty gas hot water system. Plans were made to attend the next day and they did so on time and communicated well on the way. Jordy & Jp arrived on-site as expected, diagnosed required repairs and offered a quote immediately on-site.
